摘要
用冲击波负压发生装置模拟单纯的冲击波负压致伤大白鼠。在不同强度冲击波负压作用下,动物可出现不同程度的肺损伤,伤情与冲击波超压所致基本相同。肺病变主要为出血水肿,光镜下可见肺泡扩张、破裂,肺小血管平滑肌离散,腔内气栓形成。电镜下见肺上皮细胞和毛细血管内皮细胞的肿胀、缺失,以及血气屏障的水肿等。本文就肺病理意义进行了讨论。
Various degrees of lung injury could be observed after the rat,were exposed to underpressure of different strength and the damages resulting from underpressure were essentially similar to those due to the overpressure of blast waves.The pathological changes of the lungs consisted of bleeding and edema macroscopically, dilatation and rupture of alveoli,dispersion of the smooth muscle of minute vessels of the lungs and air emboli in the small vascular lumen under optical microscopy,and swelling and disappearance of the epithelial and endothelial cells and aggregation of edematous fluid in the blood-gas barrier under electron microscopy.The significance of these manifestations was discussed.
