摘要
本文使用LeitzMPV-Ⅲ型显微分光光度计对细胞色素氧化酶在大鼠脑内不同区域的分布进行了组织化学研究和相对含量测定。结果表明,细胞色素氧化酶在脑内呈高活性和低活性两种分布区。高活性分布区包括大脑皮质、纹状体灰质、丘脑和小脑皮质(分子层)等部位;胼胝体、纹状体白质、海马和小脑白质等部位为低活性分布区;两种酶活性分布区间的细胞包素氧化酶分布有显著差异(P<0.01)。此外,根据对细胞色素氧化酶染色的阳性反应程度,小脑皮质颗粒层也可分为细胞色素氧化酶富曾区(CTORA)和细胞色素氧化酶贫含区(CTOPA).两种区域间细胞色素氧化酶含量差异显著(P<0.01),前者显著高于后者。本文结合氰化物中毒讨论了脑组织不同部位CN-的敏感性同脑内细胞色素氧化酶活性分布的关系。
istochemical study and measurement of the relative activity of cytochrome oxidase(CTO) of different regions of the brain of normal rats were carried out with a Leitz MPV-Ⅲ microxpectrophotometer.9 Wistar rats were divided into the enzyme activity determined group and the control group with HE staining.It was found that there were 2 kinds of areas according to the CTO activity, the high activity and low activity areas. The former included the cerebral cortex, corpus striatum (gray matter); thalamus,cerebellar cortex,etc, and the latter included the corpus callosum. corpus striatum(white matter), hippocampus, cerebellum(white matter), etc. The difference of CTO activity between the 2 kinds of areas was statistically significant (P<0.01 ). In addition, tI1e granular layer of the cerebellum could be further divided into CTO rich-contained area and CTO poorly-contained area according to the intensity of the response to CTO detecting staining, and the CTO activity af the former was significantly higher than that of the latter(P<0.01).Besides, the relationship of the sensitivity to cyanide of different regions of the brain with their respective CTO activity during cyanide toxicntion was discussed.
