摘要
由经胰岛素诱导的大鼠肝细胞质膜分离出一种分子量为3~3.5kD的胰岛素化学介体,可以刺激大鼠脂肪细胞的cAMP依赖的磷酸二酯酶(cAMP-PDE)。刺激作用呈剂量依赖关系。这种胰岛素介体刺激正常大鼠cAMP-PDE活性升高6倍,但对烫伤大鼠cAMP-PDE活性只增加1.24倍,两者差异明显。表明烫伤大鼠cAMP-PDE对胰岛素介体刺激的反应性降低可能涉及胰岛素抵抗的受体后信号传递缺陷。
An insulin chemical mediator with a molecular weight of 3000~3500 Da was prepared from hepatic plasma membrane of rats and it can stimulate the activity of cAMP-Phosphodiesterase(cAMP-PDE)of the adipocytes of both normal and scalded rats in a dosage-dependent manner.It was found that the activity of cAMP-PDE was increased by 6 times in the control but only 1.24 times in the scalded rats; the difference between the 2 groups was statistically significant(P<0.001).The findings suggest that the response after of cAMP-PDE to the stimulation of the insulin mediator is greatly decreased scalding.which may involve the defects of postreceptor events in insulin resistance.
