烫伤大鼠肝葡萄糖激酶、肌己糖激酶活性及红细胞三磷酸腺苷含量的变化 被引量:10

摘要 为进一步探讨损伤后糖代谢状况,我们测定了30%体表烫伤后大鼠不同时间的血糖和血乳酸,并比较休克期(伤后6h)和高代谢期(伤后72h)的肝葡萄糖激酶及比目鱼肌已糖激酶(Ⅱ型)活性。结果显示血乳酸水平在伤后6h和48h各有一个高峰,可能分别是应激和代谢紊乱的表现。血糖水平在伤后6h明显升高,但6h内波动很大。伤后72h肝葡萄糖激酶活性显著降低(P<0.05),可能与创伤后血糖升高,糖异生增强及胰岛素抵抗等现象有关。伤后比目鱼肌已糖激酶活性及红细胞三磷酸腺苷(ATP)含量未发现明显变化。 The concentration of blood glucose and plasma lactate were determined in rats after they were inflicted with 30%TBSA full thickness scalding. The activity of hepatic glucokinase (GK)and hexokinase (HK)type Ⅱ in the soleus in the shock phase(in the 6th h postinjury)was compared with that in the hypermetabolic phase(in the 72nd h postinjury). 2 peaks of plasma lactate concentration were found in the 6th and 48th h postinjury, which may be attributed to burn stress and metabolic disturbance respectively. The activity of hepatic GK was significantly decreased in the 72nd h postinjury( P<0.05), which might result from hyperglycemia, increased glycogenosis and insulin resistance. No significant changes of the activity of soleus HK and erythrocytic ATP were found after scalding.
