急性胆道感染时肝细胞膜β-肾上腺素能受体结合容量变化的实验研究

摘要 在兔急性胆道感染症的模型上,观察了梗阻肝叶(OL)与非梗阻肝叶(NOL)、原发感染肝叶(PIL)与继发感染肝叶(SIL)的细胞膜β-肾上腺素能受体(βAR)最大结合容量(Bmax)的动态变化,结果显示:PILβARBmax于病程早期即开始进行性显著减少,SIL在病程48h始见显著减低;OL与NOL的βARBmax自始至终无明显改变。上述结果提示:急性胆道感染的早期肝细胞膜βAR密度降低与肝脏所受脓毒攻击强度及进程有直接关系。肝细胞膜βAR密度降低,可能与急性胆道感染时肝细胞代谢紊乱有关。 The changes of the maximal binding capacity of β-adrenoceptors(Bmax)on the cell membrane of hepatocytes in acute billary infection were observed in the liver lobe with obstruction(OL)and without obstruction(NOL)and in the liver lobe with primary infection (PIL)and with secondary infection(SIL).It was found that Bmax was progressively decreased in the early stage of PIL but it began to decrease in the 48th hour after the onset of SIL.No change of Bmax was found in both OL and NOL in the 48 hours of observation. These findings suggest that the reduction of β-adrenoceptors on the cell membrane of hepatocytes is related to the intensity and progression of biliary sepsis and to the metabolic disorder of hepatocytes after biliary sepsis.
