环丙氟哌酸对血浆氨茶碱浓度的影响

在１５例呼吸系统疾病患者观察了环丙氟哌酸对血浆氨茶碱浓度的影响。结果表明加服环丙氟哌酸５００ｍｇ，１／１２ｈ×３ｄ后，血浆氨茶碱谷浓度和峰浓度均明显增高（Ｐ＜０．０１），其谷浓度和峰浓度分别增高６０．３％±６９．８％和３８．４％±５５．８％。提示两者合用时应适当减少氨茶碱用量，以避免氨茶碱中毒的发生。

The effects of ciprofoxacin(CPFX)on the plasma aminophylline(AL)concentration were observed in l5 patients with various respiratory diseases;It was found that the minimal plasma concentrations of AL were significantly increased by 60.3%±69.8%and 38.4%±55.8%respectively after the administration of 500 mg of CPFX twice daily for 3 days during AL therappy,which suggests that the dosage of AL should be adequately reduced when AL and CPFX are administered simultaneously to avoid AL poisoning.
