家兔电击伤后呼吸系统病理变化的实验观察

Histopathological changes of bronchi and lungs in electrically-injuredrabbits

作者报道实验性电击伤后家兔支气管及肺部的病理变化，其特点为：①气管及支气管粘膜上皮细胞变性，脱落等变化较轻，粘膜下小静脉淤血较明显；②肺部病变以出血和淤血为主，并有肺萎陷及代偿性肺气肿，还有轻度的肺水肿。我们认为其发生机理可能主要与电击穿胞膜损伤关系密切。结果提示在临床救治严重电击伤患者时，防治肺部并发症是挽救患者生命的重要环节。

The histopathological changes of bronchi and lungs in experimental electrically-injured rabbitswere observed. It was showed that the slight changes occurred in trachi and bronchi were mucosal epithelialdegradation and exfoliation, while the severe blood stagnation in submucosal venulae. The pathologicalchanges of lung were mainly characterized by pulmonary hemorrhage and congestion, accompanied with pul-monary coppapse and compensatory emphysema, only appeared mild edema. So we think that the mechanismof the above changes is mainly related with the thermal injury induced by electric thermal energy. It is sug-gested that the important measure in the treatment of patients severely injured by lightening stroke is to pre-vent and cure pulmonary complications.
