摘要
作者测定20例恶性肿瘤患者和20例正常人血清中SIL-2R水平,并对其外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)不加激活剂培养,加PHA培养及加rIL-2培养后3种情况上清中SIL-2R水平的动态变化进行测定.结果表明,恶性肿瘤患者血清中SIL-2R水平比正常人显著升高(P<0.01);恶性肿瘤患者和正常人的PBMC不加激活剂培养的上清中SIL-2R水平均略有增加,且正常人高于恶性肿瘤患者.加PHA或者加rIL-2激活培养的上清中SIL-2R水平上升很高,PHA激活培养的PBMC上清中SIL-2R水平要比rIL-2激活的PBMC培养上清中SIL-2R水平上升的快.但恶性肿瘤患者与正常人PBMC在各种条件激活培养的上清中SIL-2R水平无显著差异.
Serial determinations of soluble interleukin-2 receptor(SIL-2R)levels in sera and supernatants ofperipheral blood mononuclear cell ( PBMC )cultures with PHA or rlL-2 or without any of the stimulantsadded were carried out.The results showed that SIL-2R levels in sera of malignant tumor patients were sig-nificantly higher than those of normal donors.SIL-2R levels in the supernatants of PBMC cultures withoutstimulants from both malignant tumor patients and normal donors were slightly elevated, with the latter rela-tively higher than the former.SIL-2R levels in the supernatants of PBMC cultures with PHA or rIL-2 weremarkedly increased,with the former being increased more rapidly t han the latter while no significant differ-ence was observed between that from malignant tumor patients and normal donors.
