摘要
为进一步研究锌在运动训练中的作用及机理,作者将30只雄性SD大鼠,随机分为饮自来水对照(A)组、饮茶水(B)组和饮茶水强化锌(C)组.15d后在鼠跑台上以27m/min,8°角跑45min后立即宰杀,取出心脏,分离亚线粒体,测定膜的荧光偏振度,H+转运ATP酶活性及寡霉素的抑制率.结果表明,B组大鼠荧光偏振度、H+转运ATP酶活性及寡霉素的抑制率较A组均有所升高,C组大鼠三项指标均明显高于对照组[0.27±0.01vs0.26±0.01,P<0.05;8.31±0.94vs6.62±0.89μmol/(min·mgprotein),P<0.05和86.55±2.59vs76.54±3.54%,P<0.01].结果提示,茶水强化锌可以增强心肌线粒体膜的稳定性,提高心肌线粒体的能量转换功能.
In the present paper,an investigation was carried out to further study the function and mechanism of zinc.Thirty male SD rats were randomized into 3 groups. Rats from Group A,B and C drank tap water,/ayang tea and Ziyang tea fortified with zinc(50 mg/L),respectively, and, 15 d later,rats were slaughtered anmediately after they had run on the treadmill at the speed of 27 m/min and at the angle of 8 for 45 min for detection of membrane fluidity of submitochondria in myocardiocytes,the activity of H+-transporting ATPase and its sensitivity to oligomycin.The findings revealed that the activity of H+-transporting ATPase and oligomycin inhibition rate and fluorescence polarization(P)in Group B after exercise were slightly higher than that of the Group A,and the aforementioned parameters in Group C were significantly greater than those of the Group A[8.31±0.94 vs 6.62±0.89 μmol/(min·mg protein),P<0.05;86.55±2.59 vs 76.54±3.54%,P<0.01 and 0.27±0.01 vs 0.26±0.01,P<0.05].The findings demonstrated that tea and fortified zinc might increase membrane stability of mitochondria in myocardiocytes and improve energy transi-tion in mitochondria in myocardiocytes.
