作者介绍Ｓｔｒｅｐｔａｖｉｄｉｎ－ｇｏｌｄ探针的制备、纯化、鉴定及应用情况．以该探针所做胃癌组织中凝集素受体及胃癌单抗相应抗原的光镜与电镜定位，均取得满意结果．表明该探针具有特异性强、敏感性高、用途广泛及不接触致癌物质等优点，是一种具有广阔应用前景的新型细胞化学检测剂．

In this paper ,the preparation , purification and identification of Streptavidin- gold probe are intro-duced. The results of using the probe for the light and electron microscopic localizations both lectin receptors and the corresponding antigen of antigastric cancer monoclonal antibody in gastric cancer tissues were satis-factory.It proves that the probe has such advantages as higher specificity andsensitivity, broad useability,and intactness of carcinogenic substance, It is an novel immunocytochemical detection agent.
