甘露醇对外伤性脑水肿的疗效与血脑屏障的关系 被引量:10

摘要 采用硬膜外落体撞击造成SD大鼠左顶叶外伤性脑水肿模型。以伊文思蓝观察脑水肿时血脑屏障改变,探讨了不同剂量甘露醇对脑水肿的疗效与血脑屏障(BBB)的关系。结果表明:外伤性脑水肿时BBB受损害;甘露醇对正常脑组织无明显脱水作用,而对BBB受损害的水肿脑组织有明显的脱水作用。这揭示,BBB对甘露醇脱水作用具有重要影响。 rain injury on the left parietal region of SD rat was induced by a dropping metal-weight. The changes of blood-brain barrier wasstudied by using Evans’blue. Different dosages of mannitol were employed for the treatment of cerebral edema. The relationship be-tween the effect of mannitol on the cerebral edema and BBB was investigated in this experiment. The results showed that the disrup- tion of BBB was produced in cerebral edema. Dehydration by mannitol on the normal areas of brain tissue was not evident. But manni- tol showed better effect in the edema region,where the BBB was disrupted after brain injury. The results suggest that BBB might bean important factor influencing the dehydration effect of mannitol.
