摘要
羟基吡啶酮类化合物是一类新型的铁螯合剂,我们以糠醛为起始原料,与溴乙烷的格氏试剂加成,水解得α-乙基呋喃甲醇(A);A经氯氧化重排反应制得2-乙基-3-羟基吡喃-4-酮(B);B与胺反应合成出1-烷基-2-乙基-3-羟基吡啶-4-酮。产物结构均经IR,NMR光谱鉴定。
Hydroxypyridinone
compounds are novel iron-chelating agents, Furaldehyde as starting material was added with
Grigard’s reagent of ethyl bromide and hydrolyzed getting α-ethylfurfuryl alcohol (A). Treatment
of A with chlorine forms 2-ethyl-3-hydrox-ypyran-4-one (B). Reaction of B with appropriate amine
reagents by refluxing produces the iron chelator,1-alkyl-2-ethyl-3-hydrox-ypyridine-4-ones. The
structure of the desired compound was identified by and ′H NMR analysis.
