摘要
采用二次丙酮沉淀法和ＳｅｐｈａｄｅｘＧ－１００凝胶柱及ＤＥＡＥ－５２离子交换柱分离工艺纯化了大蒜铜锌超氧化物歧化酶。ＳＤＳ－ＰＡＧＥ电泳测得其分子量为３２９３４ｕ（３３２００Ｄａｌｔｏｎ），产品达电泳纯。该酶在２５８ｎｍ处呈最大吸收，对氰化物、过氧化氢敏感。

subunit of the enzyme has a molecular weight of 16600 dalton, as were determined by SDS-PAGE,
As shown on ultraviolet spectrum,it has a maximum absorption at 258nm.
