24名妇女单次肌注庚炔诺酮(NET-EN)200mg,注射后1~14天血清E_2水平均低于250pmol/L,提示卵泡成熟功能被抑制,至注射后63天有75.0%妇女恢复卵泡成熟功能,至84天有87.5%恢复。首次出现血E_2峰时血NET((?)±SD)为1.37±1.08ng/ml,两者无明显相关。注射后1~35天血清P水平均低于10nmol/L,至注射后63天恢复排卵功能者为20.8%,至84天恢复者为33.3%。出现P排卵峰时血NET为0.39±0.314ng/ml,两者无相关性。与Quetelet指数亦无关。月经类型分析,肌注后出血天数(月经出血加点滴出血)为22.34±10.67天/90天,(占24.8%),经期为5.0±1.3天,周期为34.32±16.73天,注射后初次出血天数为22.14±5.48天。结果表明肌注NET-EN后对卵巢功能的影响和停药后排卵功能的恢复有明显的个体差异。
This study was carried out in 24 Chinese healthy and fertile women. After a single injection of 200 mg of norethisterone enanthate (NET-EN) blood samples were taken for estimation of the levels of estradiol (E_2), progesterone (P) by RIA. On 63 and 84 days after injection, follicular activity was recovered in 75% and 87.5% women, respectively. Serum mean NET level was 1.37±1.08 ng/ml when the first E_2 peak appeared. There was no correlation between NET levels and the time of follicular activity. Within 56 and 84 days after injection there were 8.3 and 33.3% of subjects returned to ovulation. Serum NET concentration was 0.39±0.34 ng/ml when ovulation occured. The analysis of menstruation patterns showed that after injection the days of bleeding and spotting were 22.34±10.67(24.8%). Days of episode of bleeding were 5.0±1.3. Average length of cycles was 34.32±16.73 days. First bleeding day occured after injection was on average 22.14±5.48. The results of the present study suggest that there is significant individual variation regarding the effect of NET-EN on ovarian function.
