摘要
阿霉素产生细胞毒性效应的机理主要是脂质过氧化物形成,因此应用有抗氧化活性的药物可能会拮抗阿霉素的毒性作用而提高疗效。ebselen是一种具有过氧化物酶样(GSHPx─like)活性的含硒有机化合物。研究了ebselen对阿霉素所致Balb/c小鼠组织脂质过氧化损伤的保护性机制。结果提示,ebselen能够提高机体SeGSHPx/LPO比值,防止阿霉素对心和肝的脂质过氧化损伤毒性。

cytotoxicity occurs most likely via lipoperoxidative damage to tissues. Alle─viation of this
cytotoxity may result in improved indexes for lipoperoxidative damage. Ebselen(2─pheny1─
1, 2─benzisoselenazol─3(2H)─on, PZ51)is a selenoorganic compound with peroxidase─like
activity. We testedthis compound for its effect on adr─induced in vivo toxicity in Balb/c mice.
These studies demonstrated thatebselen protects against adr─induced lipid peroxidation in
heart and liver.
