摘要
用薄层层析,荧光光密度法测定了小白鼠卵巢在不同时期及不同生理状态下酪氨酸含量。结果表明:未成年小鼠卵巢内酪氨酸是痕迹量;成年小鼠排卵后卵巢内酪氨酸含量明显高于排卵前;妊娠初期小鼠卵巢酪氨酸含量逐渐增高,到第七天达高峰,以后开始减少,妊娠终止为痕迹量。表明小鼠卵巢内酪氨酸含量变化与机能状态密切相关。
The contents of tyrosine (Tyr) in the ovaries of the mice at various physiological stages were measured by Dansyl chloride reaction and thin layer chromatography on polyamide films. It was shown that only trace amount of tyrosine was seer in the ovaries of immature mice. The tyrosine contents increased in the mature mice. No significant change of Tyr concentration was observed through diestrus (9.44±0.2(?) μg/g dry weight), proestrus (8.13±0.33 μg/g dry weight), and estrus (7.66±0.44 μg/g dry weight) phases. In contrast, the contents of Tyr increased significantly after ovulation (metaoestrus: 21.94±0.81 μg/g dry weight).The tyrosine contents in ovaries were determined on day 3, 7, 14, and 21 of gestation. It gradually elevated till day 7 of gestation but, thereafter, the dininution of tyrosine contents was observed. There was only trace amount by the end of the pregnancy.The significant alteration of tyrosine contents at different physiological stages suggests that there is a close relation between the tyrosine cohtents of the mouse ovary and its functional status.
