摘要
输精管结扎是我国常用的男性抗生育方法,对控制我国人口过快增长起了重要作用,有关它的基础研究主要集中在睾丸及抗精抗体方面,对附睾研究甚少。本文重点报告输精管结扎后附睾形态结构变化及精浆中附睾功能性指标——精浆肉毒碱和α-糖苷酶的改变。结果表明输精管结扎后精浆中这两种物质的来源大部分被阻断和全部阻断,附睾形态结构呈现精道阻塞性变化及免疫反应的形态学表现。
The carnitine and α-glucosidase in the seminal plasma were studied as epididymal markers before and after the ligation of ductus deferens. Before ligating the mean value of semen carnitine in the rabbit ductus deferens was 1070.54±140, after ligation, the mean value of semen carnitine was 140.23±48.52. The result demonstrated that 87% of semen carnitine was of epididymal origin. The mean value of semen α-glucosidase activity was 12.95±9.87 mIU/ml before the ligation, and the activity of α-glucosidase was negative after the ligation, revealing that the semen α-glucosidase was of epididymal origin, too. The importance of semen carnitine and α-glucosidase in the andrology and in the research of male contraception was discussed and morphological modifications of epididymis after ligation were also investigated.
