CuIUD对大鼠子宫雌二醇受体影响的放射自显影研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文用放射自显影术,研究大鼠子宫内放置CuIUD 30天后,内膜嗜酸性细胞中Ⅱ型雌素结合位点的变化。与3H-E2结合的细胞主要分布在子宫内膜基质深部,细胞计数呈明显的性周期变化。实验子宫中与3H-E2结合的细胞数在动情期与动情间期显著低于自身对照。SMP测定表明,实验子宫与3H-E2结合的细胞中平均银粒密度在动情间期显著低于自身对照,动情前期显著低于自身对照与组间对照。CuIUD明显减少大鼠子宫Ⅱ型雌素结合位点数,这一作用可能与其避孕机制有密切关系。 This work was aimed at studying the effects of CuIUD on the uterine in type Ⅱ estrogen binding sites with ~3H-E_2-17β autoradiography in 67 mature female S, D. rats with regular 4-day estrous cycle were used. In 35 rats a CuIUD(40.8mm) was inserted into one uterine horn by laparotomy and the contralateral horn served as self-control. Other 32 animals in control group were sham-operated. The uteri were dissected on the 30th day after operation and treated with autoradiography.The results demonstrated that ~3H-E_2-binding eosinophils were mainly in the deep endometrial stroma and the density showed cyclic changes (Table 1). The number of the cells at estrus and diestrus was significantly decreased in CuIUD-bearing horns as compared with contralateral ones (p<0.05, Fig 2, 3). Scanning microspectrophotometer measurement indicated that the density of silver grains in the eosinophil binding with ~3H-E_2 was significantly decreased in CuIUD-bearing horns at diestrus in comparison with the contralateral horns, and at proestrus with contralateral and group control horns (p<0.05, Fig 1, 4, 5). The inhibitory effects of CuIUD on the eosinophil type Ⅱ estrogen binding sites may have close relationship with its contraceptive action.
