左旋18甲基炔诺嗣(LNG)等孕激素能引起子宫内膜萎缩,蛋白质合成减少,作者以20名育龄妇女的增生期子宫内膜细胞为材料,研究了子宫内膜细胞对亮氨酸和赖氨酸的摄取功能,以期探讨蛋白质合成减少的机理。结果表明LNG并不影响子宫内膜细胞对亮氨酸和赖氨酸的摄取功能。认为LNG等孕激素类药物引起子宫内膜萎缩主要原因可能并不在于细胞内氨基酸的缺少。
It is well known that progestogen such as levonorgestrel (LNG) can induce endometrial atrophy with decline of protein synthesis. In order to approach the mechanism of decreased protein synthesis, the function of uptake of amino acid by endometrial cells has been studied. Endometrial cells in proliferative status taken from twenty fertile women were tested for cellular uptake of amino acid leucine and lysine. The results indicated that the uptake of leucine and lysine by endometrial cells was not influenced by LNG. It was suggested that the endometrial atrophy induced by LNG may not be simply and primarily lacking of intracellular amino acid.
