摘要
对烷基胺硼烷的性质,用二甲基胺硼烷作还原剂化学镀镍的优点和主要工艺参数以及所得镀层的性质作了介绍。
In this paper, the properties of alkyl amine boranes, the advantages and major technological parameters of electroless nickel plating with DMAB (dimethylamine boranes) as reductant, and the properties of coatings obtained were described.
