摘要
对光亮酸性镀铜添力。剂进行了研究，结果表明，丙氧基聚乙烯亚胺有助于镀件电流密度区发亮，从而研制出一种新型的组合添加剂。
Researches were made on addives for acid copper plating,The result showed that propoxy polyethylene imine gives advantages to brightness of low current density area on plating par is. According to the result, a combination of additives is found for copper sulfate baths.
