摘要
本文介绍了一种ＩＧＢＴ双逆变式多功能弧焊电源的基本结构和工作原理，讨论了弧焊逆变电源的控制方法，提出了一种闭环与门限综合控制电源外特性的新方法，并通过工艺实验表明：所研制电源不仅单机可实现直流、交流方波、脉冲手弧焊／氩弧焊多种功能，而且在交流焊时可调参数多，范围大，在很小的焊接电流（１５Ａ）时不用稳弧装置可满意地进行铝的ＴＩＧ焊接。
