摘要
本文着重介绍了电阻焊变压器加工的关键设备──真空环氧树脂浇注设备及其几个关键问题的解决方法。介绍了浇注的工艺及流程。目前，该设备已投入运行，浇注生产的电阻焊变压器质量合格，并达到设计要求。
The vacume resin casting equipment and its technology used in manufacturing of resistancewelding transformer arc dealt with and put into operation. Transformers casted by the equipment meet therequirements of design.
