摘要 本文提出了一种二阶RC全通网络,可用于射频宽带相位控制器件,详细地推导了可精确计算网络各元件参数的公式,提供了中心工作频率为30MHz的实例,以及由这种全通网络构成的恒相差网络的工作原理及实例。由于网络的特性仅取决于元件参数的相对值,并且考虑了有源器件为负载时对工作特性的影响,故本文提出的RC全通网络可很容易地根据需要与其他有源器件一起制成体积很小的单片式集成电路。 A kind of second order RC-allpass-network is presented in this paper, which may used in the broadband phase-controlled devices for radio frequency. The formulas accurately calculating all the element parameters in the network are derived in detail. A real example is given whose central frequency is 30MHz, also the principle and an example of the constant-phase-difference network which is composed of these allpass networks. Because the characteristic of the network is determined by the reletive values of the element parameters and the effects on the characteristic are considered which the active elements as the load yield, the RC-allpass-network with the other active devices can be made altogather as a single chip of integrated circuit in small size for demands.
