鹿血清对体外培养二倍体细胞的抗老化实验研究

实验用体外培养人胚肺二倍体成纤维细胞,从35代开始在培养液中加入鹿血清为实验组,不加鹿血清为对照组。我们观察了鹿血清对细胞的生长和增殖的影响,以及一般光镜、荧光显微镜下的细胞形态与组化变化。结果表明实验组的细胞形态、生长和增殖均比同代对照组良好。实验证明5％鹿血清对体外培养的人胚肺二倍体细胞有抗老化作用。
