摘要
实验用体外培养人胚肺二倍体成纤维细胞,从35代开始在培养液中加入鹿血清为实验组,不加鹿血清为对照组。我们观察了鹿血清对细胞的生长和增殖的影响,以及一般光镜、荧光显微镜下的细胞形态与组化变化。结果表明实验组的细胞形态、生长和增殖均比同代对照组良好。实验证明5%鹿血清对体外培养的人胚肺二倍体细胞有抗老化作用。
Having been subcultred in vitro for 35 passages, fibroblasts from human embryonic lung were divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group. To the cultural medium deer serum was added. It was observed that the morphology, growth and proliferation of fibroblasts in the experimental group were better than that of the control group, and it was shown that 5% deer serum had an anti-aging action on the diploid cells cultured in vitro.
