摘要
自1988年12月30日～1989年2月1日共做胎胰腹腔移植5例,方法改用腹腔动脉与网膜右动脉,门静脉与网膜右静脉吻合,术后观察20～31日。胰岛素用量较术前减少,血糖、尿糖、尿酮及临床症状等都有明显改善。
Transplantation of pancreas was performed on five fetuses from Dec.30,1988 to Feb.1,1989 the improved method of operation is celiac artery rightomental artery and portal vein-right omental vein anastomosis.After the operation 20-31 days were used for observation,In the resultthere was a decrease in the amount of insulin,Blood glucose and urine glucosebecame lower.Urine ketone became negative,Clinical symptoms showed disti-net Improvem ent.
