摘要
自精神病人、其他各科病人与供血者采集血样505人份进行弓形虫病间接血凝试验(IHA)。住院精神病人感染率为11.5％,高于其他各科病人之7.5％,经配对试验与卡方检验结果 P>0.05,二者差异无显著性。其中汉族感染率明显低于少数民族(9.0％∶41.0％),P<0.005差异有显著性。男女与各年龄组间差异无显著性,并对目前本市供血者阳性率高(20.9％),提出建议。
The result of IHA test for Toxoplasmosis on 505.samples of serums taken from mental patients,patients with other diseas-es,and blood donors is reported here.The infection rate of the mental pa-tients(11.5%)is higher than that of other patients(7.8%).The infectionrate of the Han(9.01%)is lower than that of the patients of minority nati-onalities(41.03%).It showed no notable difference between two sexes anddifferent age groups.Of all the age groups,30-39 year group(20.4%)bearsthe highest infection rate(20.4%),while 1-6 group being the lowest(5.5%).Of the paired tests there's no remarkable difference on 200 cases of mentaldatients and other patients,(P>0.05),but relative risk RR=2.25,The infect-ion chance of the mental patients is 2.25 times higher than that of other pati-ents.We also found that the positive rate of the city blood donors is 20.8%.Therefore,this paper suggests the blood donors take serological test for Tox-oplasmosis in order to obtain a better-resource of blood.
