摘要
0.62~5.00mMSV 可抑制离体大鼠输精管的自发性收缩,亦能抑制由2.35×10^(-5)MN 引起的大鼠输精管收缩。2.5×10^(-3)MSV 对 NE 引起输精管收缩的抑制作用与1.42×10^(-6)M 酚妥拉明相似。0.62~20.00mMSV 还能抑制强电场刺激(0.1Hz,2ms)引起的大鼠输精管收缩活动。上述作用均呈量效关系。提示 SV 对外源性 NE 和电场刺激引起的收缩均有抑制作用,其作用环节可能与α肾上腺素受体有关.
The spontaneous contractibility and the contraction induced by norepinepherine(23.5uM)as well as electric stimulation could be reduced by Stevioside 0.62—5.00mM in a concentration—dependent way.The effect of 2.5mM Stevioside against NE is similar to that of 1.42uM Pentolamine. The result suggests that the above effect might be related to adrenergic alpha-receptors.
