电网调度实时计算机系统综合评估的模糊数学方法

A FUZZY MATH METHOD OF COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION FOR THE REAL TIME COMPUTER SYSTEMS OF DISPATCH CENTRES

对电网调度实时计算机系统的性能指标进行全面分析后，从规划、设计及实用化达标的角度，首次根据模糊集合原理将其合理划分为六大因素集及若干子集，统计得出了相应的实用权重向量。在此基础上，提出了对地区电网调度实时计算机系统进行综合评价的模糊评估方法。该方法具有简明、说服力强、易于实施的特点。

This paper first presents a new method of comprehensive evaluation fur the real time computersystems of district dispatch centres with fuzzy math theory.It reasonably divides almost all of the factorsthat affect the systems evaluation into six factors sets and Some sub sets,and gives proper weight sets,them fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is done in defined five judgment sets。Its specialities are simple,clear,equitable and easy to be realized.
