摘要
在剖析传统的无功/电压监控装置的基础上,提出了一种高可靠性的无功/电压监控装置的容错技术,并采用并行控制和令牌链的方法以实现变电站分布控制与系统协调管理相结合的全网无功/电压监控。运行方式可由变电站监控主机和电网调度中心主机根据需要设置。
his paper presents the application of a highly reliable fault tolerant technology to the traditional var/volt supervising and controlling units,Combining substation distributed control with coordinatingmanagement in power system,methods of parallel control and token ring are adopted to perform var/volt su-pervision and control.Operating forms can be set up by computers either in substation or in dispatching cen-tre.
