摘要
本文简要报导了由石油大学开发的HTV船型浮阀塔板应用于青岛石油化工厂原油常压塔中的结果,常压塔的一,二侧线产品的分割精确度由原平均重叠22℃,改善为平均6℃,相应提高了一线产品的收率。
Some results of a new industrial application of the ITTV tray is reported. The 41-43, 22-35th trays in the crude oil atmospheric distillation column in Qingdao Petrochemical Plain were replaced with the new trays. The product quality was improved with no flooding observed. The overlap between 200# solvent naphath and kerosene decrease from 22 ℃ to 6 ℃. The optimum hydraulic range charts of the 12lh trays with I1TV and with the original V-l tray, obtained by using the MIRT-1 software package confirmed that the operating point of V-l tray was located in the flooding region.
