合成绝缘子用于三峡工程超高压输电线路的技术经济分析 被引量:9

摘要 在发达国家合成绝缘子已作为一项成熟技术广泛用于超高压输电线路,并积累了成功的运行经验。500kV交流合成绝缘子和电瓷或玻璃绝缘子的价格相当;500kV直流合成绝缘子的价格已明显低于电瓷或玻璃直流绝缘子的价格。合成绝缘子有优异的耐污闪能力,又不存在检测零值绝缘子的问题,可大大减轻线路的运行维护。合成绝缘子的强度高、重量轻,可使输电杆塔的造价降低。三峡工程超高压输电线路若采用合成绝缘子技术,将有明显的技术经济效益。 Composite insulators have been widely used on UHV transmission line in the world. The production and usingof composite insulators are developing very quickly in China. In this paper the author discussed the advantage ofusing composite insulators on the UHV transmission lines in Three Gorges Project. The low price and the goodproperties are the main advantages of composite insulators. For the ac 500 kV transmission line the price of composite insulator is equal to that of porcelain or grass insu-lators, and for the dc 500 kV transmission line the price of composite insulator is much cheaper than that of theprocelain or glass insulators. Because of the excellent performance of composite insulator to operate in polluted en-vironment and the advantages of light weight, high stength and ease of maintenance, there will be a large economicbenefit of using composite insulators on the UHV transmission line of Three Gorges Project.
