摘要
本文提出将GTR和VMOS组合成的射极控制复合开关用于交流伺服系统的高频高压桥式逆变器中。设计了兼有自适应驱动特点和就地过流保护功能的复合开关驱动电路,分析了电路的工作过程,并给出了开关吸收电路的特殊设计原则。最后给出了实拍的复合开关的开关过程波形及三相桥式逆变器一相输出电流波形。
A compound switch, which consists of GTR and VMOS, is applied to the high frequency high voltage inverter of AC servo system. The drive circuit with drive current regulation and local overcurrent protection is presented and analyzed. And the special selection principle of its snubber element is also given. Finally,the paper presents the experimental wave forms of the turning on and off the compound switch and one phase output current of the three phase bridge inverter.
