摘要
电控装置中的保护电路不是装置完成主要任务的功能部件,它本身的可靠性对装置有何影响,如何计算包含保护电路在内的整个装置的可靠性指标,是本文的主要内容。本文首先在分析的基础上定义了保护电路的特征量——误动概率、拒动概率、误动失效率和拒动失效率,并提出了具有保护电效率路的电控装置的可靠性计算方法,最后以JP1C变频调速装置为例对其保护电路的可靠性进行了预计。
In this paper, we first define characteristic variation of the protection circuit on basis of analysis. These characteristic variations are malfunction Probability, missing operation probability, malfunction failure rate, failure rate of missing operation. Then we provided calculation method of reliability for electrie controlled device including protection circuit. At last ,for example,the reliability of the protection circuit of JPIC variable frequency and adjustable speed device is predicted.
