This paper begins from the technology of glass-fibre drawing-wire, points out the constant rotational speed drive's influence on the quality of the original glass-fibre, analyses the principle and the control plan of the constant line speed control which is adopted in the technology of drawing-wire. The results of runing Show that glass-fibre drawing-wire line speed control instrument is stable and reliable, the operation of it is convenient and the price is cheep. The most important is that it has obviously economical and social effect. So it is worth to promote and use in the area of glass-fibre and plastics drawing-wire.
