摘要
本文研究用功率MOSFET作开关元件的高载波SPWM变频调速系统的全数字控制,提出一种采用单片机INTEL8031和专用集成电路SLE4520的控制方案。论文讨论了系统的硬件结构、控制算法和软件编制,并给出了实验结果。
In this paper digital control of variable frequency drive system fed by high carrier frequency SPWM converter is researched,which uses the power MOSFET as main swithch. A control plan which uses INTEL 8031 and SLE4520 is presented. The hardware,the control algorithm and the software of the control system are discussed, and the experimental results are given.
