Protectve Device of Squirrelcage Motor Started Directly

鼠笼型电动机允许直接启动。直接启动具有经济、简便、启动力矩大及启动时间短等优点,但母线电压急骤下降,往往影响其它用电设备的正常工作,因此必须加保护电器。但目前保护电器的选用安装不当者甚多。本文结合国内电器产品的发展及作者本人的工作实践提出两种保护电器:①熔断器和热继电器保护;②自动空气开关保护。指出这两种保护器的特点、选择原则及使用、安装应注意的问题。

Combining the development of domestic electrical apparatus and his own working practises, the author recommends 2 types of protective devices of squirreleage mortor: (1) the protection of fuse cutout and heat relay; (2) the protection of automatic air switch. The characte-ristics of the 2 types of protective devices, the selective principle and some considerations for the device us- age and installation are described in this article.
