描述了一种三级递阶双坐标测量机协调控制系统,包括各级的任务分配、系统构成、定位规则、控制策略及实时递阶算法,并进行了双坐标测量机点位测量的协调实验。
This paper describes a coordinative control system of three-stage recursion double coordinates measuring machine, including each stage's task distribution system make-up, setting rule, control strategy and real-time recursion algorithm. Besides, the paper describes coordinative experiment of point position measuring for double coordinates measuring machine.
