摘要
介绍一种适用于工业锅炉排水管道的防腐、防污的微机自动加药装置。该仪器以8090单片机为核心,辅以设计合理的输出控制部分,加药控制效果好。这种装置具有灵活设置参数、恒压、限流以及自动短路保护等特点。
The paper introduces a microcomputer-based automatic chemical agent pumping installation -which pumps the chemical agent into drain pipeline of industrial boiler in order to protect the pipeline from corrosion. The installation is composed of a 8098 singular chip microcomputer taken as the main unit and other auxiliary control actuators. It is proved by practices that the system is reliable and the control effects are good. The installation is flexible in setting parameters, features constant voltage, current limiting and automatic short-circuit protection, etc.
