摘要
采用F-20MR可编程控制器实现模糊控制,解决了位置控制中的光电纠偏问题。并以GK112光电隔离器检测位置偏移量,以三相步进电机驱动丝杠传动装置,设计了光电纠偏自动控制系统。最后对该系统的实用性进行了实验,得到了满意的结果。
F-20MR programmable controller is used to realize fuzzy control, which solves the problem of photoelectric error correction in position control. It uses GK112 photoelectric isolator to check position error, uses triphase stepmotor to drive leading screw driving device,designs automatic control system based on photoelectric error correction. Finally, the experiment on the practicality of the system is made, which shows satisfatory result.
