摘要
介绍一种基于MCS-51单片机的管道保温层自动纠偏系统的设计原理及方法。纠偏系统能够根据保温层与钢管的偏心程度,自动调整纠偏环的位置,使保温层与钢管始终保持同心,从而使保温层在整根钢管上的厚薄均匀一致,提高钢管的保温及防癌性能。
This paper introduces the design of a pipe h(?)nt-shielded Layer automatic correcting system with SCP. This system can automatically adjust the position of correcting hoop according to the eccentricity between heat-shielded layer and the pipe. It will keep the pipe warm and anti-corrosion.
