本文论述了HTF型耐温泡沫保温材料的原料组成、结构特点、保温管的预制过程及现场应用施工工序。通过现场测试,证明材料性能符合国家规定的有关标准,保温效果及经济效益明显,可以应用于稠油热采工程。

In this article the raw material composition, the struture characters, the prefabrication procedss of insulated pipe and constraction procedure in site are discussed. The properties of raw materials hava met the national standerds through tests in working site. It can be used for heary crude hot recovery for its obvious thermal insulation effect and econormical benefit.
