本文结合中国石化企业的特点,阐述了石化企业灾害的发生机理,提出了油罐破坏、管道破坏、炼油化工厂灾害、油气井灾害的防治途径。

Combining the characters of petrochemical enterprises of China, this article sets forth the mechanism causing disasters and methods preventing disasters of oil tanks, pipeline, refineries and wells and wells of oil and gas.
