摘要
云南地处低纬高原、地形复杂、气候多变。每年冬季,在昆明静止锋的影响下,遇到适当的环境条件,便易形成电线覆冰,影响电线覆冰的因素较多,诸如地形地貌、地理环境、海拔高程等;另外,风速、风向等气象因子及电线悬挂高度、线径粗细、电线扭转、电场及负荷电流等等都对电覆冰厚度、质量起着一定的作用。本文根据国内重冰线路的运行情况及云南省电力设计院建立的昆明太华山、昭通大山包、东川海子头三个电线覆冰观测站连续8年的观测资料,着重调查分析了云南冰害事故点的地形地貌及地理环境,并参考国内外关文献,对影响电线覆冰的7个主要因素进行分析论证。
Yunnan is lasted in the plateau of low latitude,varied topography and changeable climate。Every winter affected by sta-tionary front,wire is apt to be iced over when meeting with suitable ambient conditions. There are more factors affecting wire ice coating,such as topography,land forms, height above sea level and so on。 Besides,wind speed, wind direction and other climate factors, size of diameter, wire turning,electric field and load current have certain effects on thickness and mass of wire or coat-ing According to domestic operating conditions of heavy ice transmission line, observations for 8 years running from 3 observing stations set up by Yunnan Provincial Electric Power Design Institute,at Taihuashan of Kunming, Dashanbal of Zhaotong, Hai-Zitou of Dongchuan, the topography, land forms, geographical conditions at the disaster points in Yunnan Province, consulting foreign relevant documents, 7 main factors affecting wire ice coating are analyzed and confirmed in this paper.
