输电线路远方防误闭锁系统

Remote Locking System for Preventing Misoperation Using HVSE-ⅠType Monitor with Microprocessor

在分析近年来输电线路带电合接地刀闸及带接地刀闸合闸两类恶性误操作事故的基础上，本文提出实现远方防误闭锁的基本原理，阐述了远方防误闭锁系统的组成，并详述了其核心装置“ＨＶＳＥ－Ⅰ型高压线路安全会闸监控仪”的工作原理。它能有效地防止上述两类误操作事故。

Based on the analysis of vicious accidents in high voltage transmission line caused by two kinds of misoperationof grounding switches and line switches in recent years, the author presented a basic principle of a looking systemto prevent the aforementioned accidents and the composition of the system, described the principle of operation forHVSE-I type monitor with microprocessor in detail.The monitor is the key device of the system and is useful forsafety power supply。
