摘要
本文在对近两年浙江电网实际调频容量缺额估算的基础上,根据2000年不同季节典型日负荷、受电曲线和机组投产进度估算了当年的调峰情况。分析研究表明,加快建设抽水蓄能电站、有调节能力的常规水电站和燃气—蒸汽联合循环发电装置是解决调峰问题的有效措施。加强500kV和220kV主网架建设,以适应不同季节水、火电开机的电网潮流稳定控制,也极为迫切。
Based on typical forecasted load curves,curves of power supplied for Zhejiang Power System by otherprovinces in East China at different seasons, and a schedule going into operation for generating units,the regulat-ing capacity for Zhejiang Power System in 2000 is calculated in this paper.Analysis and study indicate that it is themost effective measure for solving the problem on requlating to speed up the installation of the pumped-storage andthe conventional storage hydroelectric stations,and the combined cycle plants. It is also in urgent need to speed upthe construction of 500kV and 220kV main transmission grids in order to suit to the power flow and transient sta-bility control of Zhejiang Power System at different seasons, Further technical and managerial measures must betaken,for the hydropower station cannot be used for peaking duty in flood season.
