摘要
本文旨在探讨寻求我国长话网全程接通率逐步提高的规律，提出了一种估算预测全程接通率的方法，给出了估算公式，并用举例进行了验证。
The objective of this paper is to discuss the rule of increasing overall effection connection rate.Methods of estimating overall effective connection have given. A set of estimative formula have derived.Atthe end,examples are used to test and verify the exactitude of the method.
