本文介绍了江西省公用分组交换网（ＪＸＰＡＣ）第一期工程的网络结构和设备，在业务应用方面着重介绍了江西省人民银行利用ＪＸＰＡＣ组建的资金清算系统。

This paper introduces the network structure and equipments of the frist phase of the project of the public packet switching network of Jiangxi JXPAC,and discusses emphatically the system clearing fund it was set up by bank of the people of Jiangxi province with JXPAC,in the part of service application.
