本文从我国公用分组交换数据网的现状、存在的问题和新建骨干网的计划及提供的业务、用户进网的接口规程、网间互通等方面，介绍我国公用分组交换数据网的建设和发展前景。

This paper introduces the present situation and problems of China public packet switched data network(CHINAPAC).Now we have established a new backbone network of CHINAPAC. The network planning,services,interface protocol of subscriber,interconnection of networks,and furture of develop- ment are also described.
