This paper is the continuation of《Computer-Based Monitoring and Supervision System for PowerSupply Equipment in Telecommuniation Station》,It discribes the realization of hardware and software inmonitoring stage of the system,demonstrates the characteristics of communication software and superisingsoftware in management stage of the system,provides the useful method of self-reliability of the system.
